4th Fraserburgh Boys Brigade

The 4th Fraserburgh Boys’ Brigade meets with 5th Fraserburgh BB Company and offers young people a mix of fun activities, skills, friendships, leadership opportunities and community involvement in a safe Christian environment. The company works with boys from P1 up to S6.

The overall aim is to help young people grow in confidence, learn new skills, make friends and contribute positively to their community.

They are divided into four sections:   

  • Rainbows (Age 5-7)
  • Brownies (Age 7-10)
  • Guides (Age 10-14)
  • Rangers (Age 14-18)

Guild

The Guild, with an active membership meets in the Church Centre every second Wednesday 7pm.

The programme is lively and varied with speakers, demonstrations or entertainment. The meetings are rounded off with tea and ‘a fancy piece’.

The members also enjoy spring and autumn evening outings and a day-long summer outing.

The ladies of the Guild play an active part in the life & work of the congregation; organising the Summer Fete and Shoppers’ Lunches at the Christmas Bazaar.

Mens Fellowship

The Mens Fellowship meet once a month in the Coffee Lounge of the Church Centre from September to April.  We have a different speaker every month, and a Christmas Meal and a End of Session Meal. 

We meet on a Wednesday at 7pm. New Members most welcome. 

Attached are two photos from the Christmas Meal at the Davron December 2025 and the Chippy Night at the Leisure Centre (April 2026).  We start the 2026-2027 Session of the Mens Fellowship on Wednesday 16th September 2026 at 7pm when the speaker will be Miss Dorothy Mair.

Bible Study

The Bible Study group meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 7pm – 9pm  from September until May in the Coffee Lounge At Church Centre Barrasgate Road. Many different areas of the Bible are studied and discussed. This session we have been looking at the book of Acts chapters 13 – 28.

Monthly fee is £3 to cover refreshments and resources used.

Book Club

The Book Club meets on the 3rd Monday of each month. Many different genre of books are chosen to read and discuss. Books are supplied from local library.

A Brew, A Blether and a Blessing

On the last Sunday evening of each month September until May an informal fellowship service is held in Coffee Lounge at Church Centre Barrasgate Road. The evening starts with teas and a time of fellowship before the Service. Guests are invited to be part of the Service sharing their praise with the congregation .

Knit & Natter

The Knit & Natter group meets every Wednesday morning from 10 till 12  in Coffee Lounge at Church Centre , Barrasgate Road.

Many crafts are learned and practised eg Knitting, crochet, embroidery and ceramics. Many projects are undertaken for charities, community needs and acts of fellowship. Everyone welcome regardless of experience and ability

Weekly fee is £1 to cover costs for refreshments.
